A Window View

Happy Hellos Everyone!!!

As I mentioned earlier, there is so much to share; however, I don’t want to overload you in one post. So, I've broken down into a couple. The second card I would like to share with you today is a Memory Box meets My Mind's Eye card. I have been waiting for this die like forever. I was so please to discover Memory Box had it. I have a window die by another maker, but this one is so much better. I simpley love it! Combine this die with My Mind's Eye's lastest designers papers and it's a good chance you may come up with something like this.

The embossing adds a little realisum to the window.

I added a little stickle to the flowers to make them pop.

Love the woodgrain paper too.

This was the first time I used the small DP pad to create a card. I purchased the 12x12 DP's too, but I really discovered the benefit of using the 6x6 pad. The idea of having most if not all of the image on the card can comes in handy. I'm not sure I'm hooked, but I think I may purchase another pad. Well, what do you think about the the little birdie? And what about the lined paper? Doesn't it mimick a window blind?

Thanks for stopping by The Peddler’s Gallery and be sure to come back real soon.

This is another beautiful card Lorie, the little bird is a sweet touch as it perches on the window sill, and yes the paper does resemble a Venetian blind, very well put together, great colours too!
I am on holiday in The Gambia, and Internet is very patchy, we are having a lovely time, a beautiful warm day today.
Have a great week, so nice to see you back!

I know how you feel about having so much to share. I just said that on my blog yesterday. Looks like we both have needed some rest, too. This card is so adorable. I love the wood look with the soft girly elements. Great work, my friend. Take care and stop by soon. :)
