My Little Monster

Happy Hellos Everyone:

I hope all is well with you and yours. I'm just going to jump right into today's card. Let me just put it out there...I had so much fun creating this little card. I guess you can say, it was so out of the norm for me. I rarely create cards for children, aside for when my son or one of my nieces or nepfews are celebrating an occassion. I know when I create a card for one of them, they will hold onto it. Aside from that, well, they're not little kids any more. They're more like little people. So, any way, creating this was lots of fun. I'm not sure who will inherit this card, but I hope he or she will appreciate it enough to hold onto. I'm also entering this card into a challenge over at OTWC. Just below is the inspirational photo.

...and this is what I drew from it...

I thought a little boy would love this card, or a little girl for that matter. All I would have done differently is use pink, purple, and green hues. The additional eyes work some what like a shake card. I thought a little boy would like that too. I'm not positive you are able to determine I used dimensionals to slightly raise the little monesters from the cardbase. In this instance, I don't believe my photography skills captured what I see in person.

Well, as always, thanks for stopping by The Peddler's Gallery and come back real soon.
