Top of the Week To You

Good Morning Everyone:

I couldn't title today's posting with my last posting's title, but lets just say it has been another busy week. What's up with that anyway? :) This weekend Kevin and I spent some time at The Queen's Ink in Savage Mills. We participated in the Queen's sidewalk sale. I made some very smart purchases--three unused Unity Stamps sets for $5 each, a gently used set from MFT for $8, three Queen Kat Designs stamps for a $1 each, and a few other stamping products from companies I have heard of, but never purchased from.

I didn't generate any sales; however, I met a few nice people and learned a few things too. You may have noticed the blog's background has changed thanks to a new friend-FibreJunky. She was nice enough to share some of her blogging expertise with me-The Peddler. Thanks, again FibreJunky. Be sure to let me know what you think about the new background. I would love to know what you think. I realise the primary colors are not my signature color, but I didn't find any background in purple that I liked or that was appropriate.

Other News that Occurred Over the Weekend---

My Follower base grew by two (which is a BIG thing for me), and my blog recieved its 1,000 hit this weekend. That was exciting to me! Thanks for your continued interest and your encouragement. You just don't know how it makes me feel.

Speaking of kind words--my comments, with the exception of one have all but dissappeared from my blog. Has anyone experience any thing like this? If so, please let me know what you did to correct this problem.

Father's Day/Graduation Cards

Needless to say, but I will anyway... I have been working on my Father's Day and graduation cards. The fishing baskets are the latest style cards I have made. I have to add a few other things to the card, but hopefully you' re able to see what I have tried to capture. When I complete the card, I'll unload the card into the gallery.

As always, thanks  for visiting The Peddler's Gallery.

Blog is looking good! Love the little owl. And your father's day card is spectacular! And you say it is not finished yet? Wow! I'll be keeping my eye out for the details of this when finished.

It was great to meet you this weekend! The owl is really cute and your cards are beautiful. I really meant to pick up a couple of them (most notably, one of the really cool teen birthday cards.)
Congrats on the 1000 hit mark. It's exciting, isn't it??
