Sweet Treat

Happy Hellos Everyone:
I hope all is well with you. Hump Day is over and the weekend is within sight. It's hard to believe we're already ankle deep into the month of August. Band camp resumed this week--Freshman retreat and orientation will soon follow. There are so many things to do before August comes to an end.
During my-self imposed hiatus, I took time to travel as much of blogland as possible and I must admit I discovered and even rediscovered some wonderful eye candy. Take a look at this…

The original concept stems from Michele Kovack. I just had to CAS her card. It’s been said, ‘Imitation is the best form of flattery’ well, I hope Michele feels the same way. I didn’t know what I wanted to stamp in the center of the Lollipop. So, I grabbed the closest stamp and that was a Waltzingmouse Christmas stamp. Immediately after I finished making this card, I thought, I’ll have to make another—I have two nieces that I know will really appreciate this sweet adorable card.
As I mentioned previously, I used Waltzingmouse ‘s Candy Jar Christmas Fillers set; glossy accents, glitter; Spellbinders; tongue depressor; inks for distressing ; and My Mind’s Eye DP.  This was such a wonderful card to create. I had lots of fun doing so.
Well, thanks for visiting The Peddler's Gallery and come back real soon.
