Sweet Thirteen

Happy Hellos Everyone:

I hope you're motivated for this magnificent Monday. Today's a special day. Today my oldest niece turns 13 years old. For the past week Shayla has been on a countdown. Excitement would draw nearer with each passing day. I'm not sure what she thinks being 13 will bring, but I cannot wait to find out whether or not being 13 feels in different today than being 12 yesterday. You know, every birthday is special; however, I have to admit there are certain birthdays that are a little extra special (i.e. 1st, 3rd, 5th, 10th, 13th, 16th, 18th, 21st, 25th, 29th, etc.) Becoming a teenager is special. It's something about putting 'teen' on the next set of numbers. With that said, a special birthday is deserving of a special birthday card. I whipped this card up [yesterday] just before I left to go to church. Take a look.

I used some DP 6x6 from My Mind's Eye. I just love their papers.

I pulled out my goodies from Papertry Inc. The sentiment 

is from  one my most used sets and so are the number dies.  

I have two nieces and they are approximately five months apart.

However, one this is certain Shayla and Taylor are both little divas.

 Needless to say [but I'll say it anyway] every diva deserves her on crown.
